Terms of Service — Localytics

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a placeholder for the Localytics car wash site-selection platform (the “Service”). Final terms will be published before general availability. By creating an account, you agree to the interim provisions below.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by means other than the provided interfaces, interfering with other customers, or using the Service for anything unlawful.

3. Data and analyses

Site analyses are decision-support tools. Localytics does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources (Census, Google Places, Mapbox, etc.), and analyses should not be the sole basis for real-estate investment decisions.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

5. Changes

We'll post material changes to these Terms on this page and, where practical, notify you by email before they take effect.
