This Privacy Policy is a placeholder for the Localytics car wash site-selection platform. Final copy will be published prior to general availability. It summarizes the categories of data we collect today and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and hashed credentials you provide at signup.
- Site analyses — addresses, coordinates, scoring inputs, and results you choose to run or save.
- Usage data — analysis counts, feature usage, and billing interactions for quota and support purposes.
- Device data — standard web-server logs including IP, user agent, and timestamps.
How we use it
- Authenticating your account and securing the Service.
- Producing site analyses and the supporting AI narrative and underwriting estimates.
- Billing and fraud prevention.
- Aggregated, de-identified product analytics to improve the Service.
Third-party processors
We rely on Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (billing), Google Cloud (Places / Maps), the U.S. Census Bureau, Mapbox, and OpenAI. Data shared with each processor is the minimum necessary to deliver the feature you asked for.
Your choices
- Delete saved analyses from your dashboard at any time.
- Request full account deletion by emailing privacy@localytics.app.
- Manage billing and cancellation via the Stripe portal.
